Dixie, the tomboy/princess hybrid.

Did you know that dogs must have had an equal-rights movement at some point? I don't know when it was but Dixie is a feminist. She proudly demonstrates her ability to ward of trespassers, chew sticks, and eat used tissues off the ground - all while looking pretty.

I bet you are saying "ewww" right? Used tissues? Yep. On our walk this morning we went all around the park to see the birds and the ducks. We even saw a goose with eggs! Anyway, while on our walk Dixie found a used tissue and proceeded to quickly snatch it up and try to eat it. Thank God for my quick reflexes and her "leave it" understanding and response. Otherwise, she totally would have eaten that tissue.

See, women really can have it all. Besides Dixie's kick-butt attitude and rockin' hairdo (love the white fur lipstick!), she also has an adorable little human sister who is practically brand new and cute as a button. Well, cuter than a button actually. Much cuter. Dixie loves her little sister, protects her, and acts so gentile around her.

She is a really pretty dog with a well-rounded personality to match.
